Fronius inverter web interface hangs and won't load. Any fix?

The short answer
Clear browser cache, do the AC-then-DC restart, update Datamanager firmware; factory reset is the last resort.

Plain explanation

From the Fronius manual for the Primo/Symo + Datamanager: Clear browser cache and cookies. Restart: AC breaker off, then DC switch off, wait about 30 s until display is fully dark, switch back on (installer if unsure). The rest of the checklist is below; work through it in order. Installer only: DC and AC work on a live PV system is dangerous, so owners should note the code and call their installer.

Steps from the source

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies
  2. Restart: AC breaker off, then DC switch off, wait about 30 s until display is fully dark, switch back on (installer if unsure)
  3. Update to the latest Datamanager firmware
  4. Last resort: factory reset via the configRevert link on the support page (all settings lost)
